Having looked at several E Mountain Bikes the OTTO became my brand of choice in the sub $2k price range and this package was the best I found at the time. Delivery was prompt although Toll did not provide any tracking between Sydney depot and delivery in Brisbane, unfortunately, that's becoming too common in road transport. When I queried the status E Scooter Nation were good enough to also call me and confirm that delivery was that day and also called back afterwards to make sure I had my bike and all was OK - top marks for customer follow up!. The package I received was very comprehensive and included a pump and security chain which I did not expect. Assembly was quite simple despite the usual "interpreted from Chinese" instructions; the chain/drive system was perfectly tensioned and adjusted although I had to locate the actual gear shift into the correct position to make it work.
All in all a great bike, easy to ride and the best value I could find with the extra power and range of the Plus version - and I LOVE the Yellow !

My Otto foldable Ebike arrived promptly at my front door. Any questions that I needed answered were handled well. It is all as it was advertised to be and more.

This scooter took 2 days to arrive, so very quick service. It’s my second scooter and I am in love with it.
It looks amazing and the ride is quick and smooth, gets you up hills without a problem and works well off road too- which is great as I’m in a country area.
Overall, it’s fantastic scooter and I am thrilled with its performance.
Only negative is it’s rather heavy- but I can handle that as the ride is super smooth.
